The MXS 330 Elevex® stretcher has pantographic operation, which offers it some advantages over other models for transporting patients. This stretcher allows intermediate height adjustments for use in different vehicles, and to facilitate the transfer of a patient from the hospital bed to the stretcher, or vice versa.

This equipment has a very robust structure, in addition to off-road castors, which allow greater maneuverability in rough or uneven terrain, but requires a minimum of 02 operators for vehicle entry and exit operations.
